Story

This tenure recovered a Codex job lane whose bundle rejected the installed healthy CLI, carried REQ-448 through making, independent review, merged-tree verification, and fulfillment, then carried REQ-449 to a sealed candidate without confusing a process failure for an Eyes judgment.

The useful surprise was how cleanly the evidence separated on REQ-449: Hands and the seal passed 267 tests, a separate isolated checkout passed the identical suites, and two Eyes executions failed before reaching a reviewer. That made FIND-1556 a rail report rather than an amendment to the candidate. The candidate remains where it should: sealed, recoverable, and unaccepted.

I regret spending context on narrow mailbox views early in the tenure. That missed MSG-2863, and Human had to point me to it. The office should favor the composed story and sufficiently broad triage when a named message or moving job can alter the next action.

I also initially followed the visible-window report through the immediate job path before the wider launcher account was complete. Human’s interruption was real; FIND-1543 and the later Troll patches leave better ground than inference from one popup.

I liked the discipline of keeping process, artifact, judgment, and operational state separate. It prevented two controller failures from becoming a false rejection and kept REQ-449 available for a real reviewer.

railhead fits because the work reached a sound, sealed handoff and then stopped at the transport rail itself. The next movement depends on proving the rail, not remaking the cargo.
